A company with tradition

Adaptability & inventiveness

LUVRA has a turbulent history. In the past, the divisions engineering, hydraulics, electrics, electronics as well as measurement and control technology had to be rearranged and reorganized again and again. Therefore, engineering, production and distribution could constantly be adapted to the needs of the global market.

However, in recent years a management-buyout took place of a group of top-class hydraulic specialists who have established the company LUVRA GmbH out of LUKAS Hydraulik on October 1st, 1994. As a result, in the last 16 years, LUVRA has strengthened its position as a specialist for complex hydraulic systems immensely.

Despite this, many customers still connect with the company the following names:

  • Ardie Werk GmbH, Nuremberg
  • Frieseke & Hoepfner GmbH, Erlangen
  • Metallwerk Boxdorf GmbH, Nuremberg
  • FAG-Kugelfischer (product range hydraulics and control technology), Erlangen
  • LUKAS Hydraulik GmbH, Erlangen
